Outlook 2010 tips

Couple of very quick tips

1. If you need to find data files it's now under the home tab then it's hidden away under 'new items' then in the sub menu of 'more items'

2. To enable conversations (this is where all your emails including sent are put into conversations). To turn this on the option is under the view tab then under the 'conversations' sections.

3. If you need more screen space then you minimise the ribbon my pressing ctrl + f1. This will just show the titles of each ribbon until they are pressed. Pressing ctrl + f1 will restore the ribbon. - Posted using BlogPress from my iPad
