Something i have always been looking for is a way to search network drives easily and quickly to either find certain types of files or which folders are the biggest. FolderSize by RoteBetaSoftware does just that.
It allows you to filter certain types of files such as music, video, PST files, Excel, Word, Temporary files.
It then displays the results in a list with the largest first which are clickable so you can go through folders and sub folders easily and quickly.
This has saved me so much time as well as space on servers i look after. It is also portable i.e just an EXE which can be copied to a server and run or run locally on a PC.
