Outlook Auto Complete Addresses - How to keep

Ever wondered how to copy the stored email addresses when transferring from one PC to another.
YES YOU CAN...
They are located in a .nk2 file in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook
[NOTE: This is a hidden file so you will need to enable hidden files to see it]
If the user has more than one file it means the user has created more than one outlook profile at some time or another and you will need to check the name of the currently used profile.
To move the auto name history to the new pc's just copy it from the old pc to a temporary location and then copy it back to the same location on the new pc.
[NOTE: when you copy it back you need to make sure it is the same name as the outlook profile.  For example if your outlook profile is called outlook the nk2 file needs to be renamed outlook.nk2 on the new PC.]
You can also edit the file by using the Nk2 viewer made by www.nirsoft.net
